In the Dordogne, in the valley of the Vézère, between Montignac and Terrasson, you will find the lovely village of Condat-sur-Vézère. A centre for cycling and hiking trails amidst the overwhelming nature of this area.

Just outside the village is a former Homestead built in 1867 which consists of six buildings.  All are situated around a spacious courtyard (cour) and varying in size. The homestead has been partially rebuilt and now offers accommodation to guests wishing to enjoy all the delights of the Dordogne. We have four spacious, well equipped holiday houses and one chambre d'hôtes as well as a swimming pool with large terrace. There is sleeping accommodation for a total of 26 people.

In one of the buildings there are two rooms that are suitable for courses and workshops. Furthermore, this building has a very large and especially striking hall of 280 m2 that can be decorated as a theatre room but can also be used for other purposes like a wedding party or concert.

The courtyard has a swimming pool and the addition of a number of terraces that are always either in the sun or in the shade. One of the buildings is half open offering,  even in rainy weather,  an outdoor experience where you can enjoy the lovely surroundings.

Altogether it is a very atmospheric location with a lot of allure and is completely unique in its kind.
